Our Story
Welcome To Briscola
Briscola Restaurant is located in the heart of Bollington and has been a part of the community for over 30 years. Opened as ‘Mauro’s Italian’ by Enzo Mauro in 1986 and changing to Briscola restaurant in 2007.
We offer a wide variety of mouth-watering Italian cuisine, a great selection of wines, cocktails & beers and a warm, friendly service.
If you can’t make it out, we also offer a great takeaway service, so you can enjoy Briscola’s delicious food from the comfort of your own home.

With great sadness Briscola has had to close! Just want to thank all our customers, for supporting us through the last couple of years. After covid and rising of all the bills, we just couldn't keep going. I'm sure the restaurant will go on with new owners eventually. We tried so hard to keep the restaurant going 🥲
